MEGA EVENT : WORLD QUANTUM DAY CELEBRATIONS @ MALAKAND
World Quantum Day was celebrated at the University of Malakand on April 17 instead of April 14, due to Eid Holidays under the banner of ‘Quantum Initiatives Pakistan’. More than 1,000 faculty members and students participated in this Mega Scientific Event of the country.
In this event a popular talk was delivered by Prof. Dr. Iftikhar Ahamad following by an awareness walk of all the participants for the promotion and support of the neglected quantum science and STEM fields in Pakistan.
The event was organized by the University of Malakand in collaboration with the University of Swat and affiliated colleges of the both universities. The Chief Guest of the event was Prof. Dr. Rashid Ahmad, Vice Chancellor, University of Malakand.
